Kyocera-Mita Chooses CloudWare

Kyocera-Mita, the Japanese office machine manufacturer/distributor, has chosen CloudWare’s Windows telephony software for its Australia-wide and New Zealand VoIP platform rollout.  The company has just completed deployment in all its eastern seaboard offices and is already reaping the cost benefits of zero cost calls between Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Utilising SIP trunks at all locations has also reduced the cost of off-net calls and delivered flexible call management into their CloudWare  Call Centre.
