 CloudWare Windows® SoftPhone

Can be licensed as:

  • Supervisor (4 Access Levels)
  • Call Centre Supervisor
  • Call Centre Agent
  • Operator Console

 

The Supervisor version provides full remote control of the system parameters or a Virtual PBX depending on which security level has been assigned. Other features of all versions include Busy Lamp Field – displays call states for Logged off/unavailable, busy, group calling, display of the forwarding status of selected User Ports, Voice Mail management, Instant Messaging, three party conferencing, multi-party conference bridge, call recording and much more.

In addition the Call Centre supervisor version provides windows for queue and agent management, barge-in, listen-in and teaching modes. The Call Centre agent can be a member of any number of queues and can log themselves in and out of queues. Each agent has full visibility of its queue.

The Operator Console version enables handling of any number of incoming calls. Operator Consoles can be cascaded with calls distributed across all for handling on a first come first served basis. Calls can be drag and dropped using a mouse onto the recipient's number for unsupervised calls or dragged to a Caller Box for supervised transfer as required.

A number of Windows SoftPhone licenses of all variants are built into each server deployment free of charge so they can be deployed and configured specifically to suit each customer on an ad-hoc basis.
